When an applicant applies to a job posting and submits their resume, AutoQuiz filters through the resumes and recognizes key words (selected by the employer) to create two piles of resumes: qualified and unqualified. Once the resumes are separated, AutoQuiz automatically issues a technical evaluation to the qualified applicants, testing them on skills required by the employer. The results are evaluated and sent to the employer’s email address to review. AutoQuiz organizes and stores the applicant’s contact information, resume and evaluation in the customer web portal, making it easily accessible to the HR departments and hiring managers.
